If it doesn't (or you're on Android/desktop), add the link below by hand: iPhone -- Calendar app → Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar. Google Calendar -- Settings → Add calendar → From URL. Outlook -- Add calendar → Subscribe from web. A calendar app like WeekCal or Fantastical doesn't take this link itself -- it reads whatever's already in your phone's built-in calendar, so once you've added it there, it shows up in those automatically.

Each person you send this to only sees their own private conversation with you — not each other's replies, and not even who else this went to. A request moves to Filled requests (in the menu) the moment it's allocated.
